How do I place an order?+
Tap any 'Order on WhatsApp' button. Your message will be pre-filled with the product, size, and quantity we'll reply to confirm and arrange payment and delivery or pickup.
Do you offer delivery?+
Yes we deliver locally. Message us with your area and we'll confirm delivery options and any applicable fees. Pickup is also available.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfers. Payment details will be shared over WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
How should I store my macadamia nuts and butter?+
Keep the nuts in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch after opening. Our macadamia butter is best refrigerated after opening a quick stir before use is normal since we use no stabilisers.
What's the difference between salted and unsalted?+
Both are slow-roasted for the same buttery flavour. The salted variety has a light sprinkle of sea salt; the unsalted is pure, great for baking, granola, or clean snacking.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?+
Yes our 1kg packs are ideal for regular buyers, cafés, and bakeries. Message us on WhatsApp for wholesale enquiries and custom quantities.
